It was an okay stay, not really what I expected for what we paid. The best part is that it was clean, and really conveniently located to everything. Irritating parts : One elevator for hotel- used by staff as well- so you wait, a lot. Daily $35 amenity fee that acts as a credit towards their mini market or room service from their restaurant/ dine in restaurant. It does not accumulate. Use it or loose it daily. Room service? You have to call the front desk- and then get charged a fee for that plus an automatic 20% gratuity. You do get a door hang tag to preorder breakfast for the next day. That also includes the fee and gratuity. We only ever got one. We stayed 4 days. They also say they put 2 waters in your room daily- again, I saw them at check in and never again. There is a pantry area on every floor where there is perishable and shelf stable items- it doesn’t get replenished, just removed when used up. Worst part was the noise. From both inside and outside the hotel. I could tell you more about the people in the room above ours than I care to know and every conversation from people walking outside , music from a bar 300 ft away, the daily fire truck call out, sirens and all. Our room faced the street so I cannot say if the interior rooms are the same. Unfortunately for me, the convenience outweighed the hidden cost and noise issues. I still think what you are paying for is only reflected in the convenience factor. It does not present as a luxury hotel.

there was no complimentary breakfast the bathroom did not have any safety bars in case of falls plus it was so small the staff was very friendly and professional the hotel was clean

What a nice place to stay- clean, great views, updated rooms and bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again
