Excellent exceptional amazing

No ocean view from our room

Our stay at the Windsor Towers in Rio de Janeiro was wonderful, and the experience was elevated even more by the exceptional front desk service. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. One individual who truly stood out was Guilherme. His service went far above and beyond anything we could have expected. Because we did not speak the language, he took it upon himself to ensure we were fully supported—finding solutions, contacting the right people on our behalf, and advocating for us every step of the way. What impressed us most was that he continued to follow through and make sure everything was resolved even on his day off. Guilherme’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for our well-being were remarkable. Despite his extraordinary efforts, he humbly kept saying he was “just doing his job.” If that’s the case, then Windsor Towers is incredibly fortunate to have someone of his caliber on their team. He is truly an outstanding individual and a credit to the hotel. We are extremely grateful for his help and highly recommend Windsor Towers to anyone visiting Rio. I visited winsord hotels 7 years ago and this was not a good experice.. not a 4 star hotel

WENT RIGHT BACK WITHON 2 MONTHS!! The staff are ALL STELLAR very hard to say ever, but whomever is hiring knows how to add value to the team. We enjoyed the whatsapp concierge, the breakfast plan is a must. It's unlimited menu items PLUS the buffet. And the food was also, STELLAR. We did eat out most nights, but dinner and lunch room service were again...you know it lol STELLAR. Shower pressure was fierce! Bed was comfy. They had a smart tv and toilet. Lovely bathtub I used the 1st time. A safe, ample closet and cabinet space. The fridge was stocked daily. Flip flops and robe provided in the king ocean front room, i feel like it would be that way all around, or they would provide if asked. And the beach in front of the hotel has an excellent bar that makes REAL drinks...not watered down. Nicely strong. Seriously, I'm here to look at booking again and the app asked for a review. If you have or haven't been to rio and this place comes up in your search, look into it. Also the pool is small as well as the pool sitting area, BUT the view is crazy. Worth a look because it was empty one time we went up there and the other, there was a couple adjacent us. It was still so nice n quiet. But the beach!!

Loved our large room. The room had a city view but was pretty large and bright. Overall very nice and we liked it.

Staff was fantastic, great suggestions for what to do. Was a little disappointed with my room. I thought I’d paid for a balcony but got a patio instead so not much of a view. Beautiful property, food is excellent, I would definitely stay here again. It’s a great alternative to the beach. Lots of character and charm.
