Clean room, feels like a Holiday Inn. I suggest the hotel look into upgrading the toilet bowl. Staff was very helpful when I was experiencing altitude sickness

This hotel was very comfortable. The room and common spaces were clean. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple and tasty though predictable. Perfectly located just off the main town centre but away from any noise and chaos.

Staff are helpful, room and breakfast is ok. Location wise, kindly note it needs to walk uphill ~20min from San Miguel main area, which is tiring at a 3200m altitude.
