Good location close to the main station and near visitor attractions, shops and restaurants. Comfortable and newly refurbished with everything working well. Professionally managed. Quite a lot of street noise with the window open (but otherwise soundproof). Cooking facilites adequate but no more.

This was my 4th stay in the last 2 years. But this time, however, I ended up in the smallest room due to the Art Fair, so it was still Ok but for a 5-night stay, there were only 2 clothes hangers provided, and the hot water handle of 5he bidet would not turn, which was inconvenient. And the stuff were somehow I felt not as welcoming as previous stay. Still i love the hotel and would not stay anywhere else when I'm in Turin.
