Excellent facilities, comfortable room

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Loved the boat tour too!

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom aparthotel in Amsterdam. The space was very well thought out, with excellent amenities, plenty of room, and everything spotlessly clean. Being so close to Centraal Station was a huge bonus and made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The only downsides were the paper room partitions, which seemed quite fragile and could be easily damaged, and the lack of a smart TV; even providing an HDMI cable would have made it much easier to stream services like Netflix. Overall, though, it’s a fantastic place to stay and I’d highly recommend it.

Perfect place to stay, convenient location, 15 min walk from a direct tram (number 4) to centraal station. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless. Hotel bar is beautiful and cozy. Reception area lovely. Staff there were always incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The room (Deluxe) was huge, well placed mirrors, wardrobe size was great, shower was always good, bed was GIANT, with soft sheets and a comfy mattress. TV was in a great spot so was always comfortable to watch. Limited options for the TV of what to watch unless renting a film (roughly £10 each). The spa area was amazing. It was so clean, and well maintained. We were fortunate enough to experience the spa hut to ourselves my partner and I. The spa shuts at 10pm so a late night spa trip was the way to go. We would get what felt like private use of the pool, sauna and steam room and a little shower before leaving! Just all round a 5 star hotel and I couldn’t have been more grateful to have the opportunity to stay here, it allowed for me and my partner to have the best anniversary we could’ve asked for. Great location for museums and in an historic building. Not to mandarin standard however - older property that’s been acquired from an other hotel operator and the renovation is ongoing. Had no heating in my first room. Lighting flickered in bathroom. Speakers in bathroom weren’t working. Housekeeping failed to attend turn down on first night. Every aspect of our stay was fabulous. I can’t praise the hotel highly enough. The staff in particular go above and beyond - so attentive and friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, large rooms, extremely helpful and kind staff available 24/7. You couldn't ask for a better location its an easy walk to either Centraal or the Rijksmuseum, wonderful location to stroll from for sightseeing or people watching. I saw that people had complained about noise but we didn't notice an issue and the hotel offered ear plugs in case. The wifi was reasonable and there is a great (but not included) breakfast in the hotel. If we return to amsterdam we will no question be staying here again, seriously could not recommend it enough.
