Having no Airport shuttle to the hotel didn't like. For the price for the hotel they needed to have more amenities in each rooms! Oh the views looking out is horrible and no balcony or patio to sit outside? Most importantly the smell whatever it was outside was horrible! Another they charge you to park you're car in the charge? I most definitely wasn't happy with that at all. No shuttle to and from the airport to the hotel? No parking? The smell? Let's just say myself I will never stay there again!

Everything about this place is just wonderful! It started with the staff on check in. The room was so nice and clean. The view was not right in front of the room, but still a great view. The housekeeping was fantastic. The health and spa check in was welcoming and the spa experience was a total removal from the everyday stress of life. My daughter and I also loved the pool and hot tub. Again the staff there was amazing as well. The beach is area from the beach and there is a boardwalk and fitness area to enjoy. Our Easter was extra special thanks to this experience.

Bottom line -- Parker Palm Springs is a boutique resort with many attractive aspects -- room quality/comfort, restaurant quality, lovely grounds, and very pleasant staff. However for $2k/night, it falls way short. Parking/valet is poorly designed (constantly jammed up and car wait time is 10+ min), bathroom infrastructure is terrible, water runs hot and cold with no warning, TVs are not smart TVs so even though we were there, as many other guests were, for the Indian Wells Tournament, we couldn't watch the matches at the hotel, gym is woefully inadequate and small, and pool staff are poorly trained. Our food order took 40 min while other guests who ordered their food after us got served. We cancelled the order but the bill read "comped" food, how deceptive! Really wanted to like this place but won't be staying here again.

I was told by the property that I will receive a refund for my one night stay. I blank of wood fell from the top of the TV and hit me in the head. It has been 3 days and I’ve not received a refund.

The rooms are not really soundproof much. When someone is in the hallway you hear everything. Loud music till after 9pm. Probably not an issue if you don't have little kids. They actually played nice. Our partial view ocean room was on such a low floor that we didn't really see anything,lol. Wasn't worth the cost of the upgrade. Breakfast is great. The towel cards are annoyance (you constantly keep counting how many you have because if you lose it it's $10. ) Parking is $50?!?! Found cheaper one somewhere else. Wasn't allowed to take a bowl of fruit to the room after breakfast.ok, it's a rule but I was treated like stealing a $200 lobster. Lol. They rather threw it away then let me keep it... Beach is nice and clean. Not enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. So be early. Staff is nice. Pool area is nice, although the pool is not large but was enough. Kids were happy:). It's only about 4-5ft. Not bad overall at all but would probably try a different hotel if visiting the town again.
