The hotel itself was very nice the pool and hot tub were great. The only issue was the room was very cold even the heat was turned up it didn’t seem to hold the warm temperature and you could feel the cold air coming off the window. We had to sleep with sweatshirts on.

The entire experience from walking in the front door of the property to being escorted up to my room was absolutely incredible! The entire facilities smelled beautiful, was exceptionally clean, and the staff made me feel like a special VIP! The breakfast at the café downstairs is very good. They are very fast and the location is very convenient. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to visit the bar or their upscale restaurant - I will save this for next time I visit! I highly recommend this hotel. If I could give more than five stars I would!

We took a family trip on an Alaska cruise and stopped one night in Vancouver before it sailed and stayed at La Residence at Sutton Place and it was a very good hotel.
We had a two bedroom premium suite with a balcony view of the city, amazing accommodation.
The only thing that was a little disappointing was check-in. The employee we spoke to was not honest and we were trying to get an early check-in, but we ended up waiting till 4 pm anyways.
It is in a good location.
I would recommend this hotel just a little pricey.
