Location is great. Beach is great. Seven stars is generally lovely. We were having a great time. But then they used very strong chemicals in the ajoining unit in the middle of our stay so our entire unit wreaked of toxic chemicals. It took multiple complaints to get them to look into it and then multiple hours to “resolve” the issue which meant moving us to a new smaller room that was extremely hot late at night. We had to completely pack and re-unpack and wait hours for the room to cool. The night manager had no ability to improve it. So we also had to deal with the main manager in the morning. Lots of hours were wasted on a short vacation and they ultimately provided nothing in return for their mistake.
