Very attractive location and kind staff BUT….little privacy as the drapes were too narrow, quite noisy, towels didn’t feel fresh and worst of all all used toilet paper and female products had to be put in an open container near the toilet. Totally disgusting

The room was clean, however it smelled like mold inside and bathroom shower ceiling had some visible mold. The Caracoles restaurant staff were pretty slow when bringing in drinks when asked, even after multiple times, I’m not sure if there was lack of communication. I also find that although not everyone can be as respectful, past 12am, other guests were still blasting music and being loud because I don’t think there are “quite hours”.
