Pay for room with ocean view and did not get that , my view was to the next building.talk to the receptionist and she said this the ocean view .

There are 3 different buildings in stay in, and it makes a BIG DIFFERENCE. We stayed in the Jamaica buildings. 1st walk in Roach started coming from the appliance 😤, then a half empty water bottle 🙄. My son kills the bugs, sheets dirty like mildew wash in the sheets. Second room tub dirty my daughter had to clean it 😒 out. Side door bearly locked, front door hard to open to the point no need to lock. Had to open it with the muscle 💪 😩. 3rd room omg the bed was horrible felt like an seesaw my daughter was up and I was sunk in (mind you I have a bad back) my son socks was light brown due to floor not swept. I would not recommend the Jamaica buildings the other 2 buildings I can't speak on.
