We've always wnjoyed our stay at Riu. Check in and out super easy. The use of the Riu app to make restsurant reservationds, special room requests, and maintenance repairs easy to make. Poperty is clean and well kept.

Great location, well maintained property with activities for all ages.
However, the food in the restaurants and room service was horrible and pricey. Always had to go out for a meal or ordered in.
Check out is at 12 noon. At 12:04 we had do not disturb sign on and a cleaning team used the card and still entered while I was dressing up.
