(793 reviews) The room was nice , but the shower and bathroom water switched from warm to scalding hot, then cold, and back and forth. I reported it to the front desk four times and they said they sent maintenance up each time. Never was fixed. The only reason I gave you 3 stars, is the rest of the stay was fine, courteous staff, I would ask for a refund or compensation, but that will never happen. I will not stay in one of your hotels again, nor will I recommend them to others. (354 reviews) The hotel is really excellent and the staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are very modern, spacious and luxurious. The food and bevrage options are also really good and all the food we enjoyed was excellent. Its also great that there are many different restaurants, so you can enjoy either casual, buffet or more fine dining options. The staff is also very well trained and super helpful in service or going the extra mile to help on more specific request eg to order products for our 6 months old daughter. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Doha.
