The staff at the hotel were very friendly and kind. The hotel has a great location accessible to many of the tours and things to do at La Fortuna. Breakfast buffet was amazing!

We loved this hotel. The staff really made our experience so enjoyable. Jeisson went out of his way to walk onto the sloth trail with us and point out 2 families of sloths. Dennis, Stephen, Josue, Rolando, and Alan all went out of their way to check on us and make sure the kids had smoothies at all times. Lol. We saw armadillos and sloths right outside our casitas. We didn’t need any bug spray. And the environment was so peaceful and calm. We will 100% stay at Noah’s again!! Thank you to all the staff for being so kind, helpful, and accommodating to us!!

What an amazing vacation we had. After 5 days most of the staff had become good friends. It was sad to say goodbye to them. The location is stunning too with 180 degree views of 2 beaches. Outside our room we had a monkey highway as each morning 10 monkeys would walk across the vines outside our room. The wildlife are real happy there as we saw sloths, friendly lizards and lots of monkeys. And last but not least, the food was amazing at both restaurants. We cant wait to return!

The hotel was very nice and relaxing. What really set it apart was the hospitality. The staff is so accommodating and welcoming. Genesis and Kevin in particular really went above and beyond. Kevin recommended some great areas to check out locally and Genesis did as well. Make sure to ask Genesis to make you her signature drink. It is the yummiest Jamaica drink I’ve ever had!

Absolutely amazing hotel , very clean and beautiful. It’s so peaceful there . Food was the best I’ve had in Costa Rica - and we’ve tried a lot , but nothing beats the taste and quality of their meals . Stuff goes above and beyond to assist everyone with all needs and requests. I would love to be back there one day and highly recommend it to anyone.

Second time staying here and it was as perfect as the first time. Excellent, safe, clean and luxurious. There is a nice little food court with food trucks nearby that was perfect for dinner!

Staff were very nice. Beautiful location and gorgeous property. I didn’t like the fact that animals were in captivity. We went to Nayara next and found monkeys were free there jumping from tree to tree. It also got very crowded during the day as they allow outside guests to the gardens. It is priced high compared to other luxury properties and its overall value. Adding the breakfast can be a good feature they can offer. Overall - staff are very nice. We likes the trails and waterfall. Value for money - not as good as Nayara

We absolutely loved out stay at Senda Monteverde. The grounds are gorgeous and have access to a beautiful hiking trail just out the back. They have a new pool and hot tubs that made our experience even more relaxing. Their restaurant is delicious. We ended up eating there for multiple meals and were happy with our choices every time. The staff were all extremely helpful and kind. They are very thoughtful and helped us with any bookings we needed. We needed a ride to the airport at 2am and they easily arranged this for us and even had a to-go breakfast ready for us with the security guard at the front desk to take with us. We would 100% stay here again!

This was a great hotel for our stay in San Jose. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Check in was smooth and efficient, our room was fine, and we enjoyed using the pool (although it is cold) and the onsite restaurant.
