Will stay there again

This is an older property, but it's going through a massive renovation, which is great. The property is beautiful and the staff is amazing. The king bed suite that I got is set up perfectly. The living area that has the outside door can be closed off from the bedroom, which completely silences the bedroom from outside guest traffic and noise. The Hole in the Wall restaurant has tasty food and excellent service. Everything was kept very clean.

We love this hotel. Our kids had a wonderful time in Splashtopia. The complimentary ice cream and all fun activities made our stay extra special

We were very excited about staying at Mandalay Bay…we chose it primarily for the pool (their website says one of the best pools in the US…it was extremely dirty; you must pay ridiculous amounts money for everything (a bottle of water in the room $25…if you even open mini fridge it’s $50…extremely crowded…floating cans in the lazy river…pool closes at 6…I could go on and on…we did enjoy The House of Blues (both as a small venue and the restaurant)…we will never stay there again

It's a beautiful resort. The rooms were nice and clean. I liked the communication available by text message. I feel the prices at the snack bar were very high. The snacks that are left in the room should be an option up front to decide if we want them in the room. The elevators did not come down after waiting about 15 minutes. We had to carry our luggage up to the 5th floor with 2 toddlers. That was a challenge but we made it The elevator issue was only on Friday. They seemed to work fine on Sat.

The rooms were great. Spacious and clean and delivered that lodge theme experience. The area around the pool area however was very dirty and mainly because people just walk there with their slippers that they probably walk in the streets as well. I think it would be great if they enforce to allow water shoes, beach shoes only. The matts around the pool area had deep dirt to it. I expected a supper clean area since kids are the primary users. Also they need better venting system as the smell ( pool water, chlorine+ urine :) ) was very strong. I took my niece there and she had a great time, but I think we will just stick to outdoor beach.
