I had to ask to move to another room
Because even though the hotel is “no smoking” property, the room was smelling cigarette. But staff was really good about it and I had not problem moving to a much better room.

We love the Nugget however the homelessness, the dirtiness of the surrounding area is concerning.. The car tower was good but the wallpaper in the shower restroom was peeling off and certain amenities could be definitely upgraded overall a good price but at the end of the day it’s not the WYNN hotel.

We were very excited about staying at Mandalay Bay…we chose it primarily for the pool (their website says one of the best pools in the US…it was extremely dirty; you must pay ridiculous amounts money for everything (a bottle of water in the room $25…if you even open mini fridge it’s $50…extremely crowded…floating cans in the lazy river…pool closes at 6…I could go on and on…we did enjoy The House of Blues (both as a small venue and the restaurant)…we will never stay there again
