Extremely detailed organized room. Excellent home like decor in the room. Awesome room condition, very big spacious and clean bathroom and soaking bath.

The check-in receptionist, Sandra, was awesome! She was patient and very polite upon check-in. The room was really nice and spacious. I loved how easy it was to walk down to the Pier. The buffet breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL! Various and plentiful options to choose from. I think my daughter's favorite thing was the heated pool outside. She absolutely loved it. The next time we visit SF we will be staying here.

Fun for the family. Good location.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of SF, it was a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely accomodating and treated us amazingly. Hotel and surround were safe and walkable but remember this is San Francisco so there are many hills leading up to the hotel.

Historical landmark. Old school charm. Great views. Good food.

Staff is so polite and very helpful. The beds were firm-great for anyone who has a challenged back. Elevator is vintage and really neat but, not made for modern luggage and wheelchairs. Super clean-I always check! Lovely, convenient stay.
