Aruba Adventure Vacations

The food was excellent. We enjoyed all of the restaurants and were also pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food at the buffet restaurants. The one thing that made our experience unpleasant was the allowance of guests being able to reserve chairs at the pool or beach with towels. Guests would go early, put towels down, have breakfast, go on an excursion and come back in late afternoon for the chairs. So we would go down to the pool Or beach to see many empty chairs that we were not able to access. Couples were getting into arguments over it. I want to go on vacation to relax, I do not want to fight over chair access.

Good restaurants and pool. Beautiful beachside. Clean rooms and nice bathroom. Alcoholic drinks weren’t that great, bottom shelf liquor

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The rooms were not very clean, and housekeeping was extremely inconsistent. Some days the bathroom was cleaned, while other days it was barely touched. A staff member unexpectedly came to our room to check for bed bugs, even though we had never reported any. Shortly afterward, our 1 year old developed a severe widespread rash that affected the rest of our vacation. We contacted the resort but received no clear explanation or meaningful assistance. We also lost a day due to AC maintenance, which completely disrupted our toddler’s schedule. Breakfast and lunch were subpar, with spoiled fruit on some days and incorrect food labels, which is especially concerning for guests with allergies. The Divi beach was absolutely beautiful, but the Tamarijn beach was very rocky and difficult with small children. This should be clearly disclosed. We had to constantly take carts to Divi, sometimes waiting over 20 minutes. Beautiful Divi beach, but overall disappointing service, cleanliness, food, and communication.

Amazing experience twice in a row. Staff was very helpful with making birthday celebration decoration available upon check-in.
