Must of the staff members who have met were very nice except lobby bar staff at night who were very rude especially the older men who I didn’t know the name (bartender) wow very disappointed with the service replacements were needed asap

Beautiful location and facilities. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and the food was excellent. We purchased the all-inclusive package which saved us a fortune and was most convenient to running out for meals. They served sushi grade tuna on the buffet the night before our return - my favorite.

Very nice hotel away from the busyness of all the resorts. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the pool clean and beautiful. We even used the barbecues one night and saw a few other people using them as well. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again
