We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Parco Dei Principi, celebrating our Silver Wedding. Staff were without exception lovely, and the large, well-appointed and comfortable room was very good value. We greatly appreciated having a spa, gym and two pools to choose from. On the minus side were a couple of small things: a leak from upstairs into the bathroom which we reported to staff for fixing, and an ill-fitting bathroom door. The new restaurant was expensive (as one would expect in a 5-star hotel), but the menu didn't appeal to us and we didn't try it. But overall we'd thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I was beyond impressed with this hotel. From the minute I checked in, Elona at the front desk greeted me and offered me a seating area while I waited for them to take my bags to the room and finish checking me in. She then took the time to sit with my sister and I with a map of Florence and pointed out all the attraction sites and gave recommendations for food and gelato, while being patient and answering all our questions. Not once did she rush or dismiss us. After, she gave us a tour of the facility and informed us of the amenities on site, then escorted us to our room where our bags were waiting. The only downside of this hotel is that the breakfast wasn’t all that amazing, but it was edible. Regardless, a very small part because the room was incredibly spacious and clean, and we received fresh towels daily. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!
