I normally don’t bother commenting on reviews, but the expectations vs reality of this place were significant. Rooms are average, at best, shower leaked, parts of the walls are coming off etc. no big deal if this was advertised as a ‘normal’ stay. Be prepared for a 3 star, at best experience. Also, be prepared for a recommended’ tip request at checkout. I personally wouldn’t recommend. Disappointed, but hey, that’s Florence.
