The Alila Diwa was a wonderful hotel to stay at. Staff were very helpful, the room was clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel restaurants, bars and pool were excellent. We also used the Spa which was exceptional and very good value. The beach shuttle was also a great way of getting to and from the local beach. I wish we had stayed longer at the Alila Diwa and will definitely be returning in the future!

We could not use the pickleball court as it was under maintenance, which I can understand. But if it is not going to be available then it needs tobe communicated before we book the property, as we do pay for such amenities as well

The AC did not work in our room despite the service man coming two times to try and fix it. The person that cleaned our room left the lock on the door fixed and our room was open for the entire day with all our valuables inside. Meals are super expensive!! $30 for the buffet! Not impressed with this supposedly 4-star hotel. We cancelled our room for an additional night when we came back from traveling and booked at the Aloft for $75 cheaper and way better experience.
