This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

We had the most amazing experience staying at Delek. The staff is super friendly the hotel is a small charming beautiful atmosphere and the beach is like an endless pool. The rooms are super clean with excellent decorative taste. I would recommend everyone to experience Delek. We will be back for sure

What can I say… this sweet spot really left an impression on us. The intimacy of the property was the first thing I noticed, with just 21 rooms perfectly tucked away it felt like your own little world. The rooms are stunning and extremely clean and well appointed. I am ordering the same Kassatex robe they had on property. Location is pretty perfect and found ourselves walking to cenotes and Michelin Star restaurants.The pool and lounge part of the beach are super chill and feel a little more local. This is a place not trying to hard, but still feels full of effort. On our last night we participated in the Temazcal and that was a treat and left us feeling connected. There is a club on the other side of the street. It plays loud music but we found ourselves being lulled to sleep by it. Even joking about what was the last song we remembered. I like to move around and rarely repeat coming back to the same place but I have a feeling I’ll be seeing Bungalow 6 again.

The food and staff here are out of this world. They go above and beyond- the nomadic guides are available to help with all your questions via text. Danny and Fernando at the pool were awesome. Luis and Carlos and everyone at the restaurants does an amazing job! The food is great! There is something for everyone at every meal- you will find your favorites at every restaurant. Best experience at a Mexican resort in my 20 plus years of traveling there- definitely the best all inclusive experience! BTW if you like wine and martinis- this place does both very well! The vibes are calm and Plantissa was my daughter's favorite. Already planning our return visit!

We love every part of it !! Except the room ,food option. the I feel like the bathroom in the room needs an update , I feel like the food could use more of a Mexican taste instead of an American taste. People go to Mexico for the food the experience not pasta most of the time but beside that everything else was great! Outdoor pools were beautiful, great staff. Everyone is always helpful , kids loved it!

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

The room we stayed in was PD2. During our stay, we noticed an issue in the bathroom, as there was an unpleasant odor similar to that of wastewater.Fortunately, we spent most of our time outside the room exploring the Cancun area, which made the situation more manageable. However, the odor persisted and was uncomfortable. The parking was not available during our stay because they were paving the entrance.

Best stay!!! Loved the staff , loved the vibe!! Unfortunately i did go when the seaweed was at its fullest but i already knew so we planned to go to a cenote beach club and a lagoon and was amazing. Food is absolutely delicious at Tago and they have a Sushi restaurant there too that I highly recommend. Such an oasis and tranquility. Rooms were gorgeous and the vegetation around was so beautiful. Highly recommend this place, definitely will be coming back!!
