Beautiful property. Rooms were very clean. Beds very comfortable. Restaurant on the water was excellent as was buffet breakfast. Very pleased.

This was a nice hotel. Beds were too soft but ok. Most of the staff was great but a cranky waitress and one of the front desk people could have been more polite. One of the young ladies at the bar was especially friendly and helpful. Good location very close to the underground.

Breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself is nice. Can't. Moment on spa amenities but they are pricey. Has easy access to the ferry to take you to the city center or other places. The room was just ok. Had 2 small quilts instead of one large one, the shower head was very weak, the TV didn't work upon arrival and had to have maintenance come fix it. After that, it kept freezing and I had to unplug it from the back and plug it back in everytime I went to use it.

We really liked this hotel. The included breakfast buffet offered plenty of variety for all members of our family. The kids especially loved the pancakes. Stockholm is expensive for eating out. In the Sickla shopping centre across the road there is an excellent supermarket that has serve yourself salad and hot food bars for take away savings. The hotel location would be hard to beat for easy, convenenient transport. The light rail terminates just across the road from the hotel and ran to/from the city approx. every 10 minutes. We used the bus - to/from the stop across the road - to visit Gamla Stan. And light railed to Luma and rode the Emelie ferry from Luma to reach Djurgarden. The ferry loop was a great way to see the harbour. The Viking terminal is less than 10 minutes away by bus. I highly recommend Profilhotels Nacka.
