This is an excellent hotel, we had an option to use indoor pool which is simply the best choice in this hot summer ( indoor pool is accessible only to certain room and above). Only problem i faced is i opted for half boarding and there was only Chinese Restaurant available for dinner. Rest all superb and highly recommend.

Stayed many times during and post Jumeirah era. I appreciate now is a good time to renovate but absolutely no communication when booking, when booked, via the hotels.com app which continually messaged me about my stay, no communication at all when I arrived and checked in….. almost everywhere is closed (rooftop pool/ rooftop bar/no in room dining menus/ Irish village I was advised not now connected do no discount, then went (all under renovation too it’s like a building site with all’s 4 people there Monday evening) and got the discount. No shower gels in room found out in shower. The only saving grace was the concierge on the mornings who arranged stuff for me (from the Jumeirah days) but certainly won’t be back until renovated as totally underwhelmed with the floors of noise and renovation and Appx 20% occupancy and total lack of communication. They don’t seem to care. And still charged me for an early check in! Poor and so much more choice around.
