Very nice hotel , very good people and excellent service

Excellent customer service. From David to Martha to the Manager Gabriela who went out of her way to give us that extra attention making sure that everything was in due form.

There is nothing bad to say about this hotel. The food was amazing. The pool was clean. The property was amazing. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely come back.

Great place to stay.

I was there for the Jacksonville Jazz Festival, which is a very large event. Hotel was fully occupied in the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only suggestion I would have is that they should have more bartenders when there is such a large event. I waited almost 30 minutes at the bar to get a drink. The bartenders were just overwhelmed by the crowd.

roof top pool was good coffee not always available at 7. old hotel lighting was strange with switches. walkable was a plus. would not stay there again.
