Not enough safe parking spaces.

The check in process is much smoother this time compared to last time when I was here visiting in July. We enjoy the waterpark both inside and outside beach. However, there were accident that yielded injury guest, most likely not following recommended rule, which shut down one of the best ride, raft rider. Hopefully, they can finish building the 2nd raft rider to accommodate more guests in the future. Would come back again.

Everything was clean, and the wide open area is really pretty, but the halls around the rooms smelled liked mildew and the rooms them selves need updated. Lots of peeling wallpaper and the ac doesn’t cool very well

We had a great stay. Nice and clean. Do wish that breakfast was included but the it was still good either way.

Great location in the city, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful and has lots of character and amazing original artwork. Our room on the 12th floor was a nice size and the bathroom was very large, the water pressure was wonderful and the soap, shampoo and conditioner smelled wonderful. The sheets were a very good quality and were great to sleep on, the mattress wasn’t great but we still slept well. The restaurant Flint in the foyer was okay, decent servings, the service was great and there was a good selection of food and a lovely fire in the back.
