Very beautiful hotel and room

The hotel & room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The remotes were even clean which I hate a gross remote you can tell hasn’t been cleaned. The guy working the valet parking was amazing. Only thing was there weren’t enough lights in our room it was very dark. Would have liked an actual lamp.

This place was great. I will say the carpet in the room needs a steam cleaning but it is really cute, great staff, comfortable bed! I’d stay again for sure

The shower was leaking No turn down service and was a chore to just get a piece of candy

My husband and I travel all around the world. We decided to celebrate his milestone birthday and retirement at The Ivy, which had been on our bucket list for a while. My goodness! It's the best hotel we've ever visited. If there were such a thing as a six star hotel, this would be it. The rooms, the luxurious touches, the service, the thoughtful design, the food, the ammenities--all perfection. No detail was overlooked. Everyone on the staff greeted us by name. Their car service was able to take us anywhere witinin a 3-mile radius, so we were able to valet park on arrival and not have to drive anywhere ourselves until we left. They have a no tipping policy. The room is stocked with wine, coffee, tea, local beers, sparkling water, etc. (all complimentary). They anticipated our needs and made our stay magical. We hope to return soon. Shout out to our servers, Anthony, April, and Jackie; our driver Chris; our consierge James. Well done one and all.

I had a medical procedure in the Baltimore area, with a 5 AM call time to arrive at the facility. The staff was wonderful, accommodating my late check-in, and I was able to have a successful procedure that morning.

Safe location. I came early for check in and the front desk gave me a room so I can have a rest.

We were booked during a bike race so our car was not accessible for one full day of our visit. No mention was made of this during our reservation process. But we had to pay an excessive amount for parking. Also, there wasn’t much staff available and we had questions about things. We had to wait for elevator access a lot, there weren’t sufficient elevators running at some points.

My room was very clean and suitable. The only thing i didn't like was the early construction that was going on in the hotel.
