My stay at the Rosewood Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The level of service, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere made it a truly memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Check‑in was smooth and effortless, and I immediately felt like a valued guest. The room was beautifully designed—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged with luxurious touches throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax. The hotel’s amenities were equally impressive. Whether enjoying the dining options, unwinding in the lounge areas, or simply taking in the elegant décor, everything felt refined and well-curated. Every interaction with the staff felt sincere, and the service consistently exceeded my expectations. Overall, my stay at the Rosewood was exceptional. Clean room, great staff, close to restaurants

The hotel charged me an extra $35 tax that was supposed to be already included with the Expedia fee. The rooms are small and renovated, but the walls between units are so thin, I could hear the next-door folks coughing all night. It is nearly impossible to figure out how the light switches work. There was no iron in the room. I called the concierge and she promised to have one delivered. I waited for 30 mins, but no one showed up. The location is convenient, but the neighborhood is dodgy at night.

The place was beautiful but the night-time reservation clerks and the morning time reservation clerks have conflicting billing information, which soured my stay. I caught the morning clerk in a billing lie, and she made amends for it, but I will not stay again because of it.

The pool and spa area was so great and the robes they put in the room are FABULOUS
