Basic clean room, bathroom was large, room amenities (coffee, bottled water, soaps and shampoos) were very nice. The desk staff is excellent and informative. The restaurant staff is great !

Basic clean room, bathroom was large, room amenities (coffee, bottled water, soaps and shampoos) were very nice. The desk staff is excellent and informative. The restaurant staff is great !

Our stay at the flats was amazing. The property was very secure, easy to find, and absolutely Central to everything we wanted to do. The fee we paid for parking was well worth the ease of coming and going and out of the garage under the property.

The hotel charged me an extra $35 tax that was supposed to be already included with the Expedia fee. The rooms are small and renovated, but the walls between units are so thin, I could hear the next-door folks coughing all night. It is nearly impossible to figure out how the light switches work. There was no iron in the room. I called the concierge and she promised to have one delivered. I waited for 30 mins, but no one showed up. The location is convenient, but the neighborhood is dodgy at night.
