I had to ask three times just to get some extra pillows brought to the room. Eventually the person at the front desk ran them to the room herself.But this was after I waited over eight hours. We were in the marina side, and the room itself was in worse shape than most motel sixes, i've been in. This property definitely needs a facelift. The pool area was nice, but the DJ was so loud that you couldn't have a conversation with someone without yelling.

Avoid Angler and Ale restaurant, the food is terrible and the service also terrible, we wait one hour and 20 minutes for our drinks and 2 hours for our food. We had to return most of the dishes because of the terrible taste and presentation. AVOID eating at this place at any cost. Overall the hotel is great and the villas are very nice and comfortable.

We had an outstanding stay at Casa Marina in Key West. The property itself is absolutely beautiful — the grounds are meticulously maintained, everything is spotless, and the overall atmosphere just feels polished and relaxing from the moment you arrive. The pool setup is excellent, especially having both a family pool and an adults-only option. It never felt overcrowded, and there was always a great place to relax. The beach access and views just add to the experience. What really stood out was the service. The staff here runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was getting towels, setting up chairs, or ordering food and drinks, they were always right there and on top of everything without being intrusive. The gym was another highlight — I used it almost every day. It’s well-equipped with a good mix of weights and cardio machines, which made it easy to keep up with a routine while traveling. We also booked a jet ski tour right from the hotel, which was super convenient and a lot of fun — a great added bonus. Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about. This place delivers across the board. If you’re heading to Key West and want a clean, well-run, beautiful resort with great service, Casa Marina is a fantastic choice.

Breakfast was amazing at the restaurant! This resort is fabulous and it truly feels like you are on a tropical private island! We will definitely be back!

Perfect stop to spent your birthday!! We use the kayak, it was fun. The place is quiet and close to nice restaurants:).
