Loved the boat pick up and drop off at flamingo beach

The Barcelo is a very nice hotel however, it is outdated. The sliding doors on the closet did not slide easily and one was very hard to move. The pool is beautiful but, a lot of tiles were missing around the perimeter. The staff were very nice. The rooms were kept clean. The breakfast buffet was good. We enjoyed watching the birds and iguanas while eating breakfast outside.

Had a wonderful time, friendly staff, great amenities, food is delicious. My only complaint would be the difficulty in getting dining reservations. The resort app is outdated and could use a better system for the reservations.

All inclusive was an excellent value with a variety of lunch and dinner options. Breakfast was tremendous with a wide variety of choices and an omelette bar too.

I wanted to love this resort but it fell short on several occasions. Some of the staff were rude or looked irritated when you asked them something. The front desk clerk, Raygenald, was amazing. He was always helpful and tried to accommodate to the best of his ability. We did not get the double queen we requested. And while there, we saw many people with the same issue. Requested a double queen but had a king bed. The dehumidifier was helpful but we had to empty it ourselves up to three times a day. The restaurant are amazing and the beach front was impressive. I would most definitely go back to Aruba, but not sure about the Divi.
