Staff everything was reat, good value

The AC is niot cooling & No towels in the bathroom and I have called the receptionist waited for like couple of hours no housekeeping or maintenance shows up & I decided to go down in the reception, the manager said the shift was changed & then she gave me towels, then maintainance guy came to the room playing with the remote etc & left with out talking or saying that the AC was fix. After 1 hour I complained again about the AC it’s not cooling and another guy came over & I ask him maybe we can change room then after few hours they ask us to transfer…Goshh.. The experience that I got looks like I’m not going back to this hotel again. Lastly, when we moved to the room we brought the towels in the old room because we were thinking that there’s no towels & I’m glad there’s towels, when I checked out they are charging me Php200 for the towels, I told them I wouldn’t pay for your UGLY towel & you should be the one paying me for the inconvenience. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL

Clean beautiful room with a nice room

The place was very close to SM Mall of Asia. The view of our hotel was the beautiful Manila Bay. The staff were very helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. As you enter, the hotel smells really good. The hotel has a scanner which makes the guests feel safe. The room is a bit small compared to the hotel we have stayed in within the price range. The bathroom doors are facing the beds and not totally closed. There’s a gap between the two glass panels. You still need privacy even if you’re with your family. The design was too modern that clothes hanger is between the restroom and beds. I wish there was a closet for clothes. Lastly, we asked for some disposable utensils (spoon and fork), but it was not for free or offered as complementary. Instead, you have to pay 50 pesos for a pair of disposable spoon and fork. A small thing, though. However, with the price we paid, providing free plastic spoons and forks should be a part of their customer service.

The rooms at The Alpha Suites are so spacious, you literally feel expanded the moment you walk into the unit. It’s such a good size for big families plenty of room to move, breathe, and just relax together. The poolside area feels like paradise. So quiet, so clean, the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Inah the manager, Hannah at the front desk, and Rigor all showed such warmth in making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. Highly recommend The Alpha Suites for families looking for space, peace, and genuinely great service. We’ll definitely be back!

Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.

The over all was really super! Nice room & clean. Friendly staff. The hotel secure & decent. Location is accessible. The transportation is also easy to access.

Not worth the price.

I enjoyed the swimming pool view and the breakfast; however, the air conditioning was bad, and the internet connection was terrible. The staff were very friendly and impressive!
