All the staff was really nice. I never do fancy hotels and they made my trip feel really special thanks everyone. :)

Amenities & size of room described in listing didn't match the room provided- the square footage, that there was a desk and dresser included, etc. Hotel staff on night 1 agreed with us and made promises to move me, and then essentially changed their mind and decided on day 2 there wasn't anything they could do. Room cleaning was poorly done, floors were never properly swept (even before we arrived) so there was always a film of sand. Furniture was really dilapidated - especially outdoor furniture on the patio, which is shown in photos as being private but is not at all private... it's very attached to the neighbors. Overall feels very run down, not well maintained or cleaned, putting it more like a 2-3 star motel vs. a 4 star hotel. Amenities like the pool and proximity to beach were the pluses. Food was a mixed bag - some of it was great. All was pricey but that was ok if it was delicious - $24 for individual pizza was fine with us because the pizza was good, $26 for 2 tiny pieces of chicken on a skewer that weren't cooked all the way through seemed nuts.
