Great and convenient place to stay. All was great. Tip: Have Whatsapp ready as details and photos for using the aprtment were sent through Whatsapp. Also 200MYR room deposit cash was the easiest for International travellers like us. It was returned on checkout.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff is really nice, Eki and Gee were so professional and helpful and friendly, they made our 5 day stay so nice. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was always great. When we come back to KL this will be our hotel. I very much recommend this hotel while inKL.

I am coming to this hotel about once a year since 2017. Rooms are spacious and clean. I had the Junior Suite and I enjoyed having a proper desk, a separate simple seating area, and a kitchen with flowing water. The attached shopping mall has degraded a bit since pre-covid times and dining options there are very limited now. Anyhow, there is local food in easy walking distance, and a large, modern shopping mall with plenty of dining options a 15 minute walk away. Breakfast in the hotel I like less and less though, as variety and quality have degraded over time, eg only Cafe Americano from the machines, blue-ish scrambled eggs, and resupply problems at the buffet from 07:15 onwards.

Place was amazing! We arrived late in the evening and were upgraded to a high level which my son loved. Buffet breakfast was great had alot of variety and service was great, we had one waiter that helped us daily and got us our morning hot chocolate, He was amazing! Overall great location, close to Bukit Bingtang and great hotel will definitely stay here on our next trip to KL. Thank you

Pretty busy hotel - long queue during check-in. But was attended to within 20 mins. Great location - walking distance to the huge shopping mall. TTDI eateries are just one subway stop away. I would do it all over again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Kuala Lumpur Journal. It is located in the heart of Bukit Bintang close to shopping, nightlife etc Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was stylishly appointed and very modern. Also a special shout out to the infinity pool on the roof great place to relax with a great view of the city. 10 out of 10 great hotel
