The hotel had a stunning rooftop view of the pyramids from the restaurant. Most importantly, the staff Aladdin, Yara, Ahmed, and Abdul Rahman were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. The area also had plenty of cafes and convenience stores for food shopping and other essentials.

Please forgive me, I accidentally left a 1-star review earlier and haven’t been able to figure out how to remove it. I want to make it clear that I truly enjoyed my stay at Sofitel! In fact, I loved it so much that I extended my trip by two extra nights and chose to continue staying at Sofitel. The service and staff were absolutely wonderful, everyone was very friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and while it was a little noisy on the balcony, once the doors were closed, it was very quiet inside. The views were lovely, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The restaurants served great food, we especially enjoyed the Lebanese restaurant and ended up dining there almost every day because the food was so delicious! Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

My friend, her daughter, and I recently stayed at Jasmine Pyramids Hotel and were truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and at ease. Ahmed and Raouf stood out for their warmth and attentiveness, always ready to assist with a smile. We were also fortunate to have an excellent tour guide, Hussein, who brought Egypt’s rich history to life with enthusiasm and clarity. His knowledge and energy made our excursions both educational and enjoyable. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth and memorable. One particularly thoughtful gesture was their help in organising a surprise birthday celebration for my friend’s daughter. They assisted in arranging beautiful flowers ,decoration and made the occasion truly special . While the breakfast was adequate, it offered limited variety. A broader selection would enhance the overall experience, especially for guests with diverse tastes. However, this minor detail did not overshadow the warmth and professionalism that defined our stay. Jasmine Pyramids Hotel is a wonderful choice for travelers seeking comfort, heartfelt service, and easy access to Cairo’s iconic landmarks. The entire team is amazing everyone is genuinely happy to help, and their hospitality made our visit unforgettable.

If you want the perfect view this is the place for you. There are some stairs but the place is perfect, our room was on the same floor as reception, 2 xl twin beds, with balcony overlooking pyramids, free wifi, breakfast was included in our reservation but there are many food places nearby. The staff was very friendly and pffered a helping hand whenever possible. We were offered many tours around Cairo and Giza, but ended up just getting the transfer from the airport through them, wonderful service, the driver was very accommodating and found us at the airport right away, welcomed us and happily went over what to expect in Cairo during our stay, it was a great experience (thank you Ali!). Overall, i would deff stay here again and will deff be providing friends and family members with this place
