The location is so nice with beautiful scenery and outdoor seating area and kids playground
However the rooms and bathrooms were very small, cleanliness was average
It was hot during daytime and no AC and no windows screens so bugs got inside the room all the time

A beautiful hotel on a lovely small park. Nicely placed in a great bustling area of Munich but on a very quiet street. The public spaces were stunning and my room was spacious, comfortable with a perfect view to the cathedral.
Staff were exceptional. Always attentive and helpful, going beyond the expected to make us totally at ease.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for our family: nice spacious rooms, helpful staff, a mini fridge stocked every day with free snacks, early check in, beautiful pool/gym, kids play area in the lobby, and we started every day with the delicious breakfast buffet full of fresh food options and kids could eat for free. Very central location too. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The only thing that lets it down is the location, as it's a bit out of the way from the center and on a main road that got noisy at night.
