« This is a great place for us who wanted to explore the Bavaria. You can experience the country side of Kirchheim am Reis. We had the quiet basement apartment for us and it was very roomy. The property was a short drive to Nordlingen and Dinkelsbuhl which were the two towns we wanted to visit. We also took a stroll at the back walking/bike trail. The fields are gorgeous. « Thomas was very good at responding quickly and gave good directions to the apartment. The bed was comfortable The kitchen had an oven and a stovetop with a bonus of a fancy coffee machine with lots of cream & sugar. The shower had great pressure and was very clean. The apartment was very close to all the amenities and beautiful parks. This is out of the owners control but the tenant upstairs was very heavy on his feet. We called him stomping Tom. Thankfully, it was only for a couple of hours. »

« Schöner geht nicht mehr!!! Bitte probiert und bucht es … man kann es nicht beschreiben, so schön ist es dort! Abends den Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus genießen und morgens im Bett liegen und den Sonnenaufgang sehen, das ist schon wundervoll genug. Aber der gesamte Komfort auf dem Hausboot, der Ofen am Abend , die Ruhe auf dem Wasser, in meinen Augen geht es nicht besser und der erholungsfaktor setzt schon nach wenigen Minuten ein. Einfach machen !!! »

"This hotel is not at the Dormero standards. First, I have been downgraded, and when I claimed they gave me a bigger room. However, it was noisy, due to close to the elevators. The Sauna does not work, while there was no information and that this is a key selection criteria for me. Last but not least, I raised my comments but have not no reply at all. Even at check-out, they simply ask me to put my card on the box, even not a small 'sorry'. Overall, a bad customer experience. Sorry to say. At least, there are rooms for improvement."
