Excellent area, great property for added privacy

We had a 4 day stay where the second day there was some fault in a system in the hotel and everybody's ac weren't working plus in our bathroom there was problem in the flush so we requested to upgrade our room and the staff was helpful and polite and they did give us upgraded room on our 2nd day onwards

The room was nice, a little out dated but clean. We got a partial sea view which was lovely. The breakfast was really good, plenty to choose from and had some cook to order food items. The bar had a happy hour. However there was only one beer included in the offer, which was more expensive beer, Carlsburg Elephant. During our stay, there was a film being filmed on the roof terrace, where the pool was. We were not told about this, and our room was right below, so every night (6 nights) you could hear banging, people walking and loud music, sometimes into the early hours. We did not want to move as we had a lovey view. When we went to the pool the whole area had not been cleaned up from the film shoot, there was something in the jacuzzi so could not use that all week, there were no sun loungers so had to get some chairs to put by the pool, and no towels, so had to ask for these to be brought up. Not the service you expect. We were paying customers so expected to be able to use all facilities, and was disappointed that the pool and terrace area was not fully available to its guests. We chose the hotel for the pool and terrace where we could have a meal on, Having a film shoot on the roof spoilt our first experience in India,

Very clean and luxurious

Ideal stay for morning flights to avoid Mumbai traffic jams. Fridge didn’t work and despite asking for it to be fixed, nobody came. Not a lot of eating places at the airport if you are staying in this hotel, as there is no access allowed inside the terminal building until around 4 hrs before flight next day, so restaurants are limited to the hotel itself or fast food kiosks outside the terminal building. There is a small micro-brewery / cafe on 10th floor foyer outside the terminal blg.
