The stagg were lovely and very helpful. The room was comfortable a nd clean and surprisingly quiet for a downtown localtion.

The valet staff were very helpful and nice. However, on our check-in, I was expecting the VIP access but, I used the wrong email when I made my reservation on Expedia so they would not granted even though I showed them I am a VIP member on a different account. They did however, upgrade us to one level room up. I have to say the bathrooms are so small, they don't even have hooks to hang here overnight case on and there's no room for people to set their things in there. The staff in Rider restaurant when we went in for drinks were extremely slow and unaccommodating, just looked at us when we sat down and no hurry to take our drink order as they chatted. The room itself was nice and very clean, the beds are very comfortable. Very quiet hotel as well.

Great family property. We had two separate rooms and kitchen with an amazing view in the middle of the city. A whole foods was closeby and indoor pool was a great activity for the kids restless at night.

Beautiful room. We were expecting a tub/shower, but overall a wonderful experience.

Our experience started with a warm friendly reception at Valet and at check in. Our room overlooked the water. Very unique (cool) design concepts in the room and throughout the entire hotel. Will definitely look to stay again.
