We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so nice. We got a flat tire the night before Easter Sunday. The staff changed the tire for us which was incredibly kind. The free breakfast was great. The hotel is a few minutes outside the park and gave us quick easy access to the Grand Canyon

Staff was rude and standoffish Parking is not adequate for the number of guests. Very dated and worn. Not a value for what they charge. Pool was so chlorinated it burned your eyes
