"This place is a gem! I throughly enjoyed myself for their opening weekend. The owner P was amazing! Very hospitable and gracious. The property has two pools that are as deep as 9ft and as shallow as 3ft.The rooms are themed and decorated immaculately. A great stay all together."

"Breakfast was really good. Outside pool was clean. Staff were very helpfull. Near many beaches with warm water (Seagull & Craigville) ; Lots of great & memorable mini-putt courses around. Many dining options. We used to stay in Eastham but this resort made us discover the south part of Cape Cod who is great."
"Older hotel but very clean. Parking is tight but doable. A lot of guests had large trucks and SUVs. The view of the water outside of our window was beautiful. "
"Me and my family go to cape cod every summer and I can honestly say this was the best hotel we have stayed at so far. It is very charming and the staff was absolutely helpful and wonderful. Loved their breakfast every morning. They have such a wide variety, and I love the Adirondack chairs and the fire pits in the back, looking out into the ocean and roasting s’mores. If you are looking for a nice laid-back place with charm and things to do along with an arcade if you have kids, it is the perfect place."
"I love this place is located in Main Street where all the stores, restaurants, and local bars are located and it is walkable for less than 5 minutes walk. "
"Was pleased with the staff and location of the Inn. It was clean and in fair condition for an older facility. The only concern we had were the small toilets since we’re older than the average visitors and had trouble with them. Still would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Hyannis. "
