"Pricy Cape Cod"
This hotel was very well situated. Very Nice beach amenities with views of small boats, sand bars, frolicking seals, comfortable chairs and good service. The pool is busy but with good amenities. Service in the restaurants was slow but the food was OK. Easy walk to town with lots of shops and restaurants. Nightly rate was outrageous but we stayed anyway. Very helpful staff.

"Lovely room great food well thought out amenities"
Quick overnight with our older children!! Lovely rooms and great facilities/activities! Really appreciated that the grounds and amenities were still available to us after our 11:00 check out!! The restaurant was great, the private beach tranquil and clean, access to bikes and paddle boards on site plus a comfortable , spacious room.

"Excellent"
Everything was excellent, except for one thing. The room was an immaculate non smoking room, but the tenant below is had children and we could hear them stomping around all evening and morning. I don't think they were doing anything wrong per say. I like kids, but I really wanted peace and quiet on my mini vacation. And I don't think a tenant should be able to be heard in a ton below. It wasn't enough, to complain to the hotel staff, so take the complaint with a grain of salt. Everything else was perfect.

"Just ok."
The hotel is ok. Clean, quiet, and close to Main Street and Surf Drive Beach. The downside was that I travelled with my 5 month old and the Hotel's elevator is inconveniently on their furthest building. I had to have my husband carry the stroller up and down the stairs. Also, on our second day at the hotel, maintenance decided to flush out their pipes and shut the water off from 10 am until 4 pm. We couldn't sleep in and had to be out of our room all day until the water was turned on. Overall, the hotel is decent.

"Great inn close to the town"
Loved the Hampton Inn, it had great touches like complimentary breakfast. Tea and coffee whenever you wanted it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cape cod and Martha's Vineyard are beautiful! Recommend Whale watching it was great! We would also highly recommend Andersons bike hire company on Martha Vineyard (just as you get off the ferry) Cycling was a great way to see the island! Loved it!

"Lovely Inn, impressive attention to detail "
Lovely building in a convenient location. Helen and Mike take attention to detail to another level. 24/7 coffee/tea, with ice buckets and glasses all on hand, everywhere is spotlessly clean and immaculate. Rooms have all the amenities of an upscale hotel, with Molten Brown products provided in the bathroom ( slight niggle that fresh towels not provided to us on the last service despite us leaving them in the bath - bit bizarre) I don't think our room ( Manor suite) was the best choice with the sitting area being stuffy and very dark as it has no windows. Whilst the bedroom had four windows, the bedroom generally was very hot ( our opinion )requiring the AC to cool it, despite weather outside not being massively hot ifor the time of year. I think the other rooms would be more light and airy to be fair....the great thing is that you book the room of your choice...I would suggest the Plantation suite as I am sure had that been available, it would have been just the ticket for us....superb balcony. Lovely front porch with rockers and the grounds also had lovely sitting areas. It was really nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast. The proximity of the Old Yarmouth Inn which has both restaurant and tavern menus was also a huge bonus...the food and hospitality there are also amazing.

"Reception area for paradise "
This is without doubt the most relaxing, friendly, clean and beautifully presented accommodation we have ever stayed in and that covers b&b as well as hotels. The attention to detail is extraordinary; for example, I have never encountered post cards in the room ready for guests to send BUT already stamped! Rich and Debbie are consummate professionals rather than just very friendly hosts. So their obvious liking of people is heartfelt but they translate this into the best possible service delivering a totally authentic welcome for their guests and a wish to make everyone's stay as lovely and as unforgettable as possible. They could make millions simply telling other places how to run their accommodation better. Probably passion, attention to detail and being people persons is their secret. They deserve every plaudit and every dollar earned.
