Convenient location from highway . Friendly staff person at reception desk. Clean room, comfortable bed, 4 pillows Asked for first floor room. Appeared to have many available yet were told to be on second floor. Room was missing tub drain closure to run a bath. Lots of parking. Many shops nearby including coffee and breakfast.

We stayed here because it’s one of the few hotel/motels in the area that allow dogs for a reasonable price. You can tell other people are staying there for the same reason. There is a lot of dog poop all over the property. The room itself was clean and that is of course what really matters most.

Hotels.com asked me if I would give this place 5 stars again, and yes, absolutely! The staff made sure the room ready and as usual, the room was very clean and neat. Well worth the price as always, and will definitely book again.

Great location and service

The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of the beaches near the hospital. I have been using this place since last year and it’s very clean and allows pets. I highly recommend this place.

Great experience. A very well functioning ice machine and a frequently restocked soda machine is located in the parking lot. Wonderful location that’s right by the hospital and walking distance to the beach area. Nice place to stay and pet friendly!

Amazing Place

The location is great. It’s located near the hospital with a sidewalk that leads down to the beach area. The manager is great and I love how there is no smoking allowed, and there is an indoor pool.

Staff was very friendly but during check in I was bothered by another potential guest that made me feel extremely uncomfortable by asking if I wanted to "split a room". I very quickly told them no, and staff just responded in a manner that felt like they were just trying to save their company's reputation. Ok... I get into my room and it's freezing cold. Wall unit took hours to warm up the room and even then the floor remained ice cold for some reason. Shower definitely needs to be cleaned more thoroughly, there was something black growing in some of the grooves and in the drain too. Fridge kept making some strange noises and was barely able to keep my drinks cold but it still technically functioned. Bed was super comfortable, tv had a lot of channels and such for relaxing before going to sleep and for the most part the property is very quiet. Everything else was pretty much what I expected for a hotel/motel stay.

My room was clean and it honestly wasn’t bad. It clearly needs some TLC, but it was clean and that’s what mattered. We didn’t receive any towels and had to ask for some. The gentleman was really rude when we asked. When we checked in, we were told our room was ready, which was delightful, until we were told we could pay an extra $20 to check in early. We opted to pay to do that. I would stay again.

Very Clean. Has to be the best Econo Lodge in Barnstable County, and arguably the best one on Cape Cod. Lots of amenities like you would see at a best western. Definitely 5+ stars Econo Lodge.
