I finally got a call from the host at 4:15 with the check in details. "Loved the property and neighborhood. The owner was very nice and helpful during the extreme cold spell while we were there. "

"The house is nicely sized and very well taken care of. We spent hours(!) sitting in the backyard, watching the ducks and cranes go about their business, often within feet of us. The location couldn't be more convenient if you have things to do in/around Lake City."
