"Per reservation from hotels.com, we reserved a no smoking room. When we arrived to the property we were told that our room was smoking, and we had no choice if we wanted to stay. We were tired so we thought we would give the room a try. That was a mistake. We ended up going into the room and coming out of the room after 15 minutes. There is no way a non-smoker can stay in a smoking room. I was told that we had no recourse in getting our money back because we had to deal with hotels.com not the hotel itself. I even showed the clerk my reservation, and he did not care. All he had left was smoking rooms which means that he gave away all of the rooms before we got there with a reserved non-smoking room. This is unacceptable."

"Very conveniently located off the highway with restaurants around. Some highway noise, but that is expected with easy on and off the highway location. Not a new or recently updated hotel but clean for the most part and comfortable."

"I asking for a full refund from Hotels.com as I was refused by the front desk for a refund. I arrived at the hotel and assigned a room. We went to the room and the smell was overly bad. A mix of years of smoking mold smell. The bathroom looked as if was never updated in 40 years. The exterior of the building looked like it was hit by a hurricane three times over and just painted over to hide its damage and age. Several rooms near my assigned room looked as if people lived in them long term. (actually this location would be great for low income housing and not a hotel) Outside we saw a bunch of people just hanging out smoking. The whole place did not look safe for my family. All the pictures found on Hotels.com did not properly represent the business. I went back to the desk, asked for my money back.. She told me to contact Hotels.com. I left her the key and we found a different place to stay. I can not believe Wyndham / Baymont actually let this place use it name. It's a disgusting place."

"I didn't get to the breakfast, but they have coffee all night going in the lobby. The spa was great and there is a lift for theraputic spa time for disabled. Was near the ice machine, but those rooms were so quiet. I never heard other guests. "

"Room was clean but the bed was terribly uncomfortable. It creaked and squeaked all night. Springs pressed pretty bad. The internet never worked. Everything else was fine. I did not understand why house keeping was banging on the neighbors door at 9am waking everyone up and the cleaning carts were loud banging against the concrete in the morning outside the doors. For the price it was OK. Not sure I would stay again tho."
