"The hotel was pretty nice, great area with lots of places to walk to for shopping and dining. Could use some updating. The carpet, couch and tub looked well worn and almost dirty. "

When I reminded them that I reserved two beds, they said they gave priority to people who book directly through them versus people like me who booked through Hotels.com. I will never stay there again. "
