"Nice Hotel right by the pool, stores, restaurants"
I had arrived from New York to visit friends and family. I wasn't sure what kind of place I was going to but I was presently surprised at how nice everything was for the price. They offer high class for a budget of a price. We were greeted with a smiling face, pool was sparkling blue, everything was really clean and computers to print out boarding passed. The other thing is if you have your own car they do have a fence to park your car behind. I was also surprised at how soft the bed was and the room did come with a refrigerator. They have a Kroger's grocery store right in front of the hotel. It's great to walk to the store to pick up a few things that are not allowed on a plane and snacks. I also notices nobody was hanging out and walking around at night. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!
We needed a hotel close to Texas hospital. We were in Texas to adopt a new baby boy.
This hotel went out of there way to keep noise down and they were doing construction. We did not hear any noise!!
We would definitely stay there again . The staff were amazing !
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy, rooms relatively quiet, staff unobtrusive but helpful. Only real ding was my wife could not take a bath. Apparently this is a trend among some hotel chains, the tubs do not hold water. They are fitted with drains, I suppose to prevent idiots from causing damage. For us, it will likely mean not staying at this property in the future. But if that is not an issue for you, it is otherwise a good value.
Although I was initially weary about staying here due to some of the complaints and reviews I read about, my stay was pleasant. The person at the front desk was very accommodating, check in/check out was fast. We had some problems with our room key at first, but it got sorted out relatively quick. When we entered the room, our bathroom toilet wasn't working but the person at the front desk arranged another room for us right away. Overall my experience was good, and I was pleased with the room.
