"We have stayed at the cabin several times over the last few years...The cabin is a wonderful layout...always clean...Starr is super easy to work with, and very flexible, which is particulaly helpful and appreciated. (I've thrown her a couple of curve balls in the past, and she has helped immensely. Equally important, Tahoe Pines is just a super location...the best of all worlds."

Just be aware that the living space is on top of a garage. There is a very narrow staircase going up there. The view from the balcony was super pretty. "

"We had a lovely stay at this cozy house in Carnelian Bay. The house was clean and well equipped, and though we were warned by other reviews about street noise, it really only impacted the king bedroom upstairs. My husband and I use earplugs and/or ambient sound when sleeping and it was not an issue for us personally. I texted Kathleen about the icy driveway our first morning in town (it had been plowed the day before but there was subsequent snowfall which froze overnight) and within hours a handyman had cleared and salted the driveway for us.
