Neria at the front desk was so professional and kind! She is a gem and made our stay sooo nice!! And Ashur-Marie, one of the managers, was a amazingly helpful w all questions. The hotel was new, immaculate, and our room was huge and overlooking the ocean. It is across the street from the best beach on the island. Our room was smart wired. TV was big and nice. Free breakfast was perfect. Pool was just right and warm. Lionel (taxi) is a local guy who took us everwhere. Hotel restaurant- Rhythm and Sands w bar on ocean was fabulous. Had quesadillas and nachos and my husband had hamburgers and coconut shrimp- all excellent. This hotel is AMAZING - as is the staff- and we WILL BE BACK!! Worth every penny!!

Our stay at the Aerial BVI was exceptional. The property is breathtaking, the staff is so kind and cater to your every need. The island has such a special purpose and meaning behind it bad we were so happy to experience it. We took advantage of the horseback riding, spa treatments, night glass bottom kayak ride. The food was all farm to table and healthy and the beach was beautiful. I can’t say enough about the room design and the stunning ocean views. This property is one of a kind and a rare gem. Every detail is so thought out and the focus is on healing and wellness which I love. We will definitely be back and have already told all of our loved ones.

The property and rooms are amazing, the restaurants, bars were top shelf. our butler was extremely attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.
