With a wonderful, in-town location only a mile from the ocean beach, this ground-floor condo in Wells will give you the Maine summer experience you've always had in mind. You'll spend your days swimming, collecting seashells, antiquing, and riding bikes, and come home to a simple, open living space, a complete kitchen where you can fix dinner each evening, and a small sitting area out front where you can sip wine and swap stories at golden hour. Back inside, the open living space features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a two-person dining table, all of them near a wall-mounted flatscreen TV . There is also a partial A/C unit to provide a more comfortable stay. The bedroom available features a ceiling fan and its own flatscreen TV for snuggly afternoons or nights at home. The full bathroom has a convenient tub/shower combo. There are two shared gas grills available to guests in the central area near the pool.

This inviting condo community is located on Post Road (Route 1) in central Wells, surrounded by a number of restaurants, antique stores, and a Hannaford Supermarket down the road. Swimmers and sunbathers will have their choice of nearby beaches, including Wells Beach (one mile east across the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve), Drakes Island Beach (three miles north), Ogunquit Beach (four miles south), and the beaches of Kennebunk and Kennebunkport (seven miles northeast). Antiquers and day-trippers will also find a haven here, with dozens of treasure-filled shops in Wells and scenic Route 1 waiting just outside the complex.

Things to Know
Parking for one car only. No exceptions.
The Community Laundry Room is shared and the machines take credit cards.
The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting. Please note that it is not heated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
