Water Valley Vacation Packages

My experience with this booking was extremely disappointing. From the time I booked through Expedia to my arrival at the property, I encountered significant issues. Before arriving, I attempted to contact the property using the phone numbers provided, but I was unable to reach anyone. When I sought assistance from Expedia, I did not receive meaningful support. As a result, I was left waiting outside the property for an extended period in an area where I did not feel safe. During that time, I experienced a threatening encounter, which was very distressing. Despite explaining the situation and providing supporting documentation to Expedia afterward, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or resolved appropriately. I was charged for the reservation even though I was unable to access or stay at the property. The experience had a significant impact on my well-being and caused substantial disruption to my life. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking this property or relying on the support I received in this situation.

One of my favorite places we stayed during our week in Alberta. Fabulous views, cute and functional accommodations with excellent service.

The room was in the process of being repainted and fixed. Be transparent to guests as to this expectation.

The rooms were great I hope continue with lobby Restaurant and pool. We walk down street to get coffee morning. Really nice if area in lobby. The first impression is the greatest. Staff from front desk to waitress and cleaning staff were great.

Good and clean. We should have stayed longer in Banff to write more thorough review.
