Two of the bedrooms had ocean views and all the beds were comfy. The cottage was fully stocked with everything we needed! It was a 1 minute walk down a path to the beach. "Spacious interior, new appliances, comfortable beds. Overall seems it is not ready to be rented out, needs MUCH more attention to make it a comfortable space. Disadvantages: has a cabin type smell, right off a very busy road/not walkable area, loud road and train noise (high speed train directly out the backyard area), sparsely furnished (no actual kitchen table), no living room coffee table, deck and backyard totally unusable/rundown. Deck needed some major power washing. No usable outdoor...
