"Maria at the bar is fabulous and very welcoming! The front desk attendants were also warm and professional. Our one complaint was the morning attendant in the restaurant.She made us feel uncomfortable while trying to order, so we didn’t stay to eat. But, most of the people and the hotel itself were great."

"We had changed the date of arrival with Expedia and received confirmation of the change via email. On arrival at the hotel, the clerk told us we had no reservation and blew off the confirmation that I showed her saying "oh, they say that but you have no reservation." We insisted on waiting for the manager. And suddenly, she changed her mind and checked us in. She had told us that we would lose the money we had spent on the changed room and would have to pay to stay on the night we arrived. But then she checked us in. Very frustrating. This took quite a bit of time. Rooms were fine, breakfast was really good, but that clerk ruined my opinion of the hotel."
